When preparing, use only organic milk without any added ingredients!
Use milk that does NOT contain Vitamin A Palmitate, also called Retinyl Palmitate, that causes cancer!
Use milk that does not contain Vitamin D, which is derived from sheep wool lanolin that comes into direct contact with toxic pesticides used to remove parasites from the sheep.
Use milk that does not contain DHA or fish products that are typically contaminated with radiation, microplastics and heavy metals.
Use milk that does not contain lactase enzyme or anything else.
Ultra-pasteurized whole milk meeting these requirements is the easiest to find and is the easiest to use to make Bravo.
Before preparing Bravo, always check the milk you’re using very carefully to ensure that it smells and tastes fresh!

Dr. Ruggiero recommends preparing Bravo by mixing the powders in a small amount of milk, then adding this mixture to your milk and pouring the milk into the small glass jars that come with the top-rated yogurt maker. We instead prepare Bravo from start to finish in a very specific heavy glass bowl, which we find easier.
Tip: When using the bowl, add Culture Starter and Probiotic Complex to your milk, then Bovine Colostrum on top and mash the powders against the side of the bowl with the back of a tablespoon. Do this gently so you don’t damage the enteric coatings.
Tip: During the fermentation process, the containers should be kept open to allow air to reach the milk and provide the microbes all the oxygen they need.
Tip: Don’t allow condensate from under the lid of the yogurt maker or containers to drip into your yogurt. We sit the lid that comes with the bowl loosely on top while in the yogurt maker, which also allows air to circulate under the lid of the yogurt maker.

Begin your dose with 1/4 teaspoon twice a day during week 1, then 1 teaspoon twice a day for week 2, 1 tablespoon twice a day for week 3, then 2 tablespoons twice a day in week 4 and 2 tablespoons three times a day thereafter.
The suggested daily amount for an adult is up to 8 tablespoons. Do not use too much!
